Biggest rip off I have ever seen in my life - do not go! I went to the hotel for lunch at the restaurant. After paying 40 euros for the 10 minute ferry to the island, we were told we we would have to wait an hour past our reservation for our table to be ready. In the meantime we could go to the beach or any other part of the hotel unless we paid 200 euros per person. When we finally got our table the food was extremely overpriced for the quality of the dishes. I paid 45 euros for an extremely small portion of salad. To make the whole experience worse the staff was extremely rude and we were greeted by shady looking "security guards" that followed us around while we were on the island. Seriously, this was the worst dining/ hospitality experience I have ever witnessed. I do not usually review establishments but I was so outraged by my the way this hotel treated their clients that I feel I must warn others not to come to this hotel.
It’s my third time on this beautiful island.
The island is magnificent but the hotel is old and running down! The service is very bad. Especially 2 receptionists Martina and Sabrina. Very rude people working at the hotel. They have no idea how to work with guests especially guests who have been coming to this hotel for years!
They have zero education zero compassion zero on all levels ! For the price you pay you should get a 5 star service but with this hotel you get treated horribly. For 3 days I asked to speak to the director of the hotel they kept telling me these two girls that he’s not available and is never here. I répète Martina and Sabrina should get fired! Disgusting I have no words.
To make things worse, I got food poisoning for theyre seafood pasta that was sent to my room with a extra charge delivery of 40 euros just to be sent to the room that is 2m away from the kitchen. No sympathy or anything for being sick and every time I ordered to service up to the room I was charged 40 euros extra!
We came for lunch recommended by a friend who is an usual client. We had a terrible experience: at the restaurant the table booked was not available and the manager was extremely rude - we finally got the table we reserved but never got our dishes… after an hour and thirty minutes waiting… for nothing we finally left. Do not go there you will loose your time…
The worst experience I have ever had in a 5-star hotel, receptionist with no experience or education, small and dirty room with a double bed made from two single beds. The only positive note is the maitre at the restaurant, Daniele, who showed professionalism and seriousness, but not being comfortable in such an unreliable establishment he will make his last season during the summer of 2023. The island is wonderful so take my advice and rent a house instead of giving money to scammers
I was lucky enough to be invited to this magnificent Hôtel situated on a gorgeous island. The setting is a dream. I enjoyed a massage at the spa which was excellent! Deep tissue, hard and soft at the same time.
Finally, if you love rocks, you'll absolutely love the rock formations on the island.
Location 10 out 10
Some Very aggressive mid sized fish in the water (not pirahnas) maybe the establishment is …? Everything except your in breath and out breath will be charged , probably a way of filtering out the rabble.
No cash on location overpriced wine n corkage 50€ deterring to bringing your own .
Beach bar food below average
Boat Transport 220€ to and 220 fro !
Restaurant next door very appropriate and reasonable ‘le bistro’
Strict meal times
Still lovely island
Suite great but should have its own beach
The island is beyond.
The hotel could use a few updates.
